About Lyvra

Health information should move as easily as people do.

Lyvra is building the patient-controlled trust layer for healthcare: one longitudinal health identity that carries trusted context between providers, systems and borders.

Mission

Make continuity of care something the patient carries.

Health systems are built locally. Hospitals, laboratories and insurers each keep their own piece of a person’s story, and that story breaks every time someone changes provider, city or country. Lyvra puts the patient at the centre of the exchange, with consent, provenance and audit built in, so that the right context can follow them.

Origin

Started from a clinic, not a slide.

Lyvra began with a practical problem observed while developing an oncology clinic in Morocco: patients often arrive with parts of their medical history spread across different institutions, documents and systems. That experience led to a simple question: what if the relevant health context could arrive with the patient?
